Description: Jedha City featured many characters that were only glimpsed in the finished film. These three characters below tie into the criminal surgeon Cornelius Evazan and his partner Ponda Baba (who are seen bumping into Jyn and Cassian on the streets of Jedha City).
Tam Posla - a Milvaynian human male from the planet Milvayne. He became a respected lawman in the law enforcement known as the Milvayne Authority and eventually began investigating a rash of crimes by the criminal surgeon Cornelius Evazan and his partner Ponda Baba. Although he was taken off the case, he went rogue to continue pursuing the pair, becoming a bounty hunter and vigilante when his superior officer had him discharged.
Caysin Bog - a humanoid male from the high-gravity world of Teres Lutha Minor. He was blown apart in an insurgency strike on the moon Jedha, only to be surgically pieced back together by a surgeon calling himself "Roofoo." Bog was present in Jedha City in 0 BBY and witnessed an attack by the Partisans on an Imperial patrol shortly before the city was destroyed by the Galactic Empire's Death Star superweapon.

The Decraniated - were an order of servants produced by a fugitive surgeon Cornelius Evazan, initially for Dryden Vos. Several Decraniated served aboard Vos's yacht First Light. Members of the Decraniated were also seen in Jedha City when the Partisans attacked an Imperial convoy, before the city was destroyed by the Death Star.
