Notes: The Going Rogue Podcast supposes that the insert shot of General Dodonna that is seen in the finished film is a shot from a different part of the film - based on the Steadicam style of filming of that particular shot, whereas the rest of the shot's in this scene are tripod or slow moving dolly shots. However the Production Photo below show's General Dodonna stood at the strategy centre table. It is possible the editors took a shot from a later scene as coverage of General Dodonna (General Antoc Merrick also has a stedicam close-up in this scene) as they didn't have suitable coverage of General Dodonna from the shooting of this scene. Once you spot the few Steadicam shots amongst the static or slow dolly shots, it's hard to not notice them.

Speculation: The various trailers and featurettes have additional and alternative shots and dialogue. I have collected these lines and attempted to assemble them in some sort of order, I cannot confirm that this is the correct sequence for these lines, or if they are all from the same set of shoots / reshoots. This scene could have been shot and reshot multiple times.
