Description: the Rogue One Official Teaser Trailer features shots and dialogue showing a bald Saw Gerrera at his Jedha hideout, this version of Saw is not seen at this point in the finished film.
The Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide show's additional photos of bald Saw Garerra being tended to by a medical droid - G2-1B7, as well as close ups of an alternative version of the interior of Saw's hideout.

Speculation: It would apear that in the original version of Rogue One, Jyn Erso's reunion with Saw Gerrera on Jedha was to feature a still bald Saw sat in a repurposed flight seat being attended to by a medical droid. There is speculation that the photos and footage of a bald Saw were actually from flashbacks with young Jyn Erso, however the later deleted scene of Jyn and Saw outside witnessing the destruction of Jedha City also features a bald Saw, so I would assume that this is not from flashback footage and Saw was originally to be bald throughout the whole film - but his character was later retooled during reshoots to have grey hair and a fuller beard  in order to make him appear older and more worn down.

Notes: The cave set as seen in The Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide with unbroken latticed window is also different to the version of the set with broken latticed window that is seen in the finished film

The shots of Saw Gerrera's feet walking towards camera, with the unbroken latticed window, from the Rogue One Official Trailer 2, are still used in the finished film when Saw is first introduced to Bodhi Rook.

Notes: In this behind the scenes shot from a Riz Ahmed, Bodhi Interview - Screenslam - the original version of the set can be seen, including a sealed up version of the window.

Notes: The large circular window is not damaged in the original concept art - OCCUPIED CAVE - Will Htay.
