Speculation: The scene as featured in the finished film appears to be comprised of at least 2 different scenes.
Notes: As seen in Rogue One Official Trailer 2 and as in the Novelisation Cassian Andor is originally at the meeting giving a briefing on how the Death Star intelligence was obtained.
Jyn Erso is also present at this briefing and is stood next to Antoc Merrick (Blue Leader), but in the finished film has Bodhi Rook on one side and Senator Vaspar on the other.
Rogue One Official Trailer 2 and Production Photos all show the hologram projector in the middle of the conference table lit up and displaying a hologram of the Death Star - in behind the various on set photos the hologram projector prop is shown lit up and not lit up.
